   - Notice to Cut or Destroy Noxious Weeds
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN to each and every person who owns, occupies or controls land in the City of Waterloo, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, to cut or destroy all canada thistle, leaf spurge, and field binweed,(creeping jenny) and in addition all other rank growth of vegetation, all weeds, grasses and plants over 12 inches in height on all lands owned, occupied or controlled by you in said City, at such time and in such manner as shall effectively prevent them from bearing seed, or spreading to adjoining property, as required by section 66.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes
 
  - Snow Removal
City Code 8.07 requires property owners, occupants or persons in charge of every building, lot or part of a lot within the city fronting upon a public sidewalk to remove all snow and ice from said sidewalk within 24 hours from the time the Snow ceases to fall.

If snow or ice is not removed to the full width of the sidewalk within 24 hours the city will remove all snow and ice and the person in charge of the premises will be charged for the removal at $50.00/hour.
