       f.  Proposed Purchase of 1.16 Acres Of Land From McKay Nursery For Storm Water Improvements As Part Of                  The Knowlton Street Phase 3 Improvements.

            The Council will convene to closed session to address the matter of a land purchase from McKay Nursery              per State Statute 19.85(1)(e) “Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of             public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons              require a closed session.”  The Council will reconvene in open session upon conclusion of the closed                    sessions.
