1.    CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL.   A quorum of the body was not present with Council members Springer, Van Holten, Kent announcing in advance of the meeting that they were not able to attend.  Two Aldermen did request that the meeting be rescheduled for Thursday, June 28, 2007.   

Meeting Canceled Due To Lack Of A Quorum.
